American comedian, Chris Tucker confirms Rush Hour 4 with Jackie Chan
American Comedian and Actor, Chris Tucker has confirmed that Rush Hour 4 is currently in the works.
Martial arts star, Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker are good buddies in real life and Tucker recently traveled with his son to China to hang out with Jackie Chan.
Tucker’s visit with his son sparked off a frenzy of speculations that Rush Hour 4 could be in the pipeline.
Although there has been no official confirmation on the date of release of Rush Hour 4, Chris Tucker (James Carter) has confirmed in a recent podcast that Rush Hour 4 with Jackie Chan (Inspector Lee) is in its initial stages.
Tucker express excitement about working with Jackie Chan again.
He said, “I knew that my comedy style would work good with his martial arts and his comedy, so it was a perfect match for me, because I could be physical and be funny in that certain movie.”
Rush Hour is a 1998 American action comedy film where Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker are mismatched police officers who must rescue the Chinese consul’s kidnapped daughter.
