Ruiz Jr. victory over Joshua is now regarded by many lovers of boxing as one of the biggest shock wins of all time.

Joshua who is usually quick with his punches and moves had a really slow start in the match and went down to the canvass twice in the third round to an on rushing Mexican, Ruiz.

The Nigerian was also knocked down twice in the seventh around after which he called it quick after failing to respond to the referee calls.

Promoter Eddie Hearn says there will be a rematch in November/December after which it is expected Anthony will face Wylder.
