“At 24, I Still Relied On My Mother For N100” – NairaBet Founder, Akin Alabi
Akin Alabi –member of the House of Representatives and Founder of popular betting company, NairaBet– has revealed that he used to rely on his mother for little sums of money as the age of 24.
The lawmaker representing Egbeda/Ona-Ara federal constituency in Oyo state made the revelation on Twitter after a social media user blasted men who are broke at the age of 24.
“You’ve failed as a guy, if you’re still broke at age 24,” the Twitter user identified as Harryolah wrote.
In response, Akin Alabi wrote; “What kind of nonsense is this, this early morning? At 24, I still relied on my mother to give me as little as N100.”
