That said, the club has already made a big signing in the January transfer window with the club bringing on Frenkie de Jong with speculations of Ivan Rakitic leaving Camp Nou in the summer not fading out anytime soon.

Barcelona who have made big transfer signings in recent past with the likes of Ousmane Dembele and Phillipe Coutinho are set to make another break-the-bank signing but who really can they sign?

iDONSABI.com lists two players who could soon ply their trade at the Camp Nou come next season.

Mauro Icardi

The 25-yr-old has been recently stripped of his captaincy duties with the armband given to Inter goalie, Handanovic. This decision isn’t unrelated to problems in contract talks between the player and the board.

Indeed, the player is quite unsettled at the club and has refused to play in the club’s Europa tie with Rapid Vienna.

The Argentinian could favour a move to the Camp Nou having graduated from Barcelona’s Youth Academy, La Masia.

Eden Hazard

Speculations linking the Belgian to a move to Real Madrid remain as fresh as ever. However, a move to the Camp Nou can’t be overlooked.

Hazard is increasingly unsettled at Stamford Bridge with the club dropping out of the top 4 in the Premier League.

The loan signing of Gonzalo Higuain doesn’t seem to help matters as they recently lost to Manchester City by a 6-0 scoreline, their heaviest defeat in years.

Although, Hazard has been quoted to favour a move to Spanish capital, Madrid, the form of teenage sensation, Vinicius Junior may dissuade the club from getting a left winger
