Big Brother Naija : Premiere Date Unveiled

       Big Brother Naija, formerly known as Big Brother Nigeria, is a reality TV show based on the Big Brother TV series in which 12 contestants live in an isolated house and compete for a large cash prize worth $100000 at the end of the show by avoiding being evicted by viewers.

The first season of the show first aired on DStv Channel 37 from March 5 to June 4, 2006. The voting results are verified by the auditing company of Alexander-Forbes.

Late last year M-Net West Africa officially announced when the upcoming Big Brother Naija 2018 edition starts with a return for its third season after the just concluded season which was eventually  won by Efe Ejeba taking the prize of 25 million and a brand new SUV.

The new Big Brother Naija 2018 season is so close as M-Net has started its press announcements and auditions were already concluded!

This season will again be hosted by  Ebuka Obi Uchendu, who was part of the consentant in the first ever edition of BBNaija who will anchor the  premiere with a special two-hour episode on Sunday, January 28 at 19:00 on DStv channel 198 and GOtv channel 29!, which will be followed by 24/7 hour-long episodes full of nominations, Head Of House Comps and Live Eviction events plus more.

It is believed that this season will start about a week later than last season (formerly on the 22nd) and should end by late April precisely 20th of April 2018.
