Bournemouth Vs Manchester City EPL 02 March Preview

Manchester City have the chance to displace Liverpool off the top of the table when they take on Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

Bournemouth

Bournemouth would be feeling unlucky that they have to face a rampant Manchester City on the back of a 5-1 mauling at the hands of Arsenal in midweek.

It is difficult to make of what this team has achieved this term. Since their great run of form which saw them climb into sixth place, only a points off third place, they have lost 12 matches, drawn two and only won four matches.

They have lost 10 of their last 12 home league games against Big Six opponents and have endured nine successive away defeats in the Premier League.

However, Howe will be willing to get something out of his boys who stunned Chelsea 4-0 only some weeks ago.

Manchester City

What more can you make of this City team. They have the highest league’s highest goalscorer in their ranks and have scored the most goals in the league this term.

They trashed Chelsea by a 6-1 scoreline and at the moment can be said to be in a league of their own. The Citizens under the tutelage of Guardiola have been spectacular and quite interesting to watch.

So much to talk about their style of play, that the Citizens goalie, Ederson Morales has provided two assists this term and everyone on the roster seems to have a goal in him.

That said, they have been vulnerable without defensive midfielder, Fernandinho losing two games in his absence and scraping past West Ham United in their last game.

However, they would be the favourites going into this game as a win will take them back to the top of the table and reawaken their quadruple dreams.
