Breaking – Suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria Onnoghen Sues Federal Government Over His Suspension

The suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN identified as Walter Onnoghen has filed a suit against the federal government over his suspension from office.

The suit was filed by his lawyers who were identified to be Wole Olanipekun, Adegboyega Awomolo, Kanu Agabi and James Onoja respectively.

If you would remember vividly, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen was suspended by the Federal Government last week Friday, January 25th on the order of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.

Justice Walter Onnoghen who assumed office as the 17th Chief Justice of Nigeria in March 2017, has been accused of not declaring all his assets two years after assuming office as the Chief Justice of Nigeria.
