National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomole, is holding records of travels of President Muhammadu Buhari and former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

Oshiomhole said that Obasanjo since 1999 been the only President that has traveled out of the country the most.

In his reaction to complaints against President Buhari’s frequent foreign trips overseas, Oshiomole said
the saying that the president is involved in frequent trips is incorrect.

“I remember very well, there is no president in recent Nigeria’s history, since 1999 till now, that traveled out of Nigeria as much as former President Olusegun Obasanjo did.

“If you check through your newspapers and playback some of your electronic coverage, you will find where late Gani Fawehinmi took time to calculate the number of days then President Obasanjo was out of Nigeria, visiting foreign countries.”

Oshiomhole added that the late human rights activist even tried to calculate the number of hours he was spending in the air compared to the number of hours he was spending on Nigeria’s soil.
