“Can These Patients Be Seen?” Victoria Inyama Questions Why Those Reported To Have Recovered From Coronavirus Haven’t Spoken Out

Nollywood actress, Victoria Inyama, has asked the Lagos state government to allow those reported to have recovered from COVID-19, share their experience battling Coronavirus.

This is coming after it was announced that 6 patients have recovered from Coronavirus in Lagos state and would be discharged soon.

Reacting to posts by the Special Assistant to the Lagos State Government on Health, Tunde Ajayi, Inyama wrote that the patients should be seen and allowed to speak to the public about their experiences and success stories.

She also referenced other countries who share information about the disease by televising the patients.

She wrote:

Can these patients be seen? Can they speak for themselves? Are they not allowed phones in there to record? I have watched people in the ICU here, they are televised, I posted one from ITV mews on my page. It’s always reassuring to see than to hear so that the people can be sure!!! Countries are televising, Nigeria has been reporting only.”
