Company Allegedly Prohibits Staff From Using Slangs From Naira Marley’s Songs Within Its Premises

A company in Nigeria has allegedly prohibited their employees from using slangs like ‘Mad ooo’ or innuendos derived from Naira Marley’s songs.

This revelation was shared by a Twitter user identified as @DrOlusesan. He stated that he saw a HR’s memo of a company prohibiting all street saying that doesn’t portray ethical speeches within the premises.

He wrote;

I saw a company’s HR memo prohibiting use of “mad oo” by employees, within its business premises. It says all forms of vulgarity, “mad ooo” and innuendos derived from being Marlian, Naira Marley’s song, or street saying that doesn’t portray ethical speeches are banned.

HR aye! ?”
