Davido Seeks Spiritual Support Ahead of Appeal Court Judgment
Popular Nigerian singer, Davido as gone on to seek the spiritual support of Nigerians ahead of the Court of Appeal judgment on the 2018 Osun Gubernatorial Election.
Davido’s uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke who contested on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) challenged the outcome of the election at the election’s tribunal.
In 2019, 2 out of the 3-man panel of the Tribunal declared Senator Adeleke won, however, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) could not issue certificate of return as Governor Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola filed an appeal at the Court of Appeal within the required 21 days.
On Wednesday, information was gathered that, the Court of Appeal was set to decide the case on Thursday.
Reacting to the news, Davido took to Twitter, to seek prayer from Nigerians and well-wishers ahead of the Judgment. He wrote:
Pray for us!!! God is bigger than all of them
