Don’t Tell Me We Will Go Through Blame Game for Another Four Years, Reno Omokri Tells Buhari

Reno Omokri, a former media aide to former President Muhammadu Buhari has said lambasted president Buhari, claiming that he didn’t achieve anything tangible in the last four years by blaming the last administration.

He took to his Twitter page to bare his mind on the state of the nation.

“Dont tell me this is what we are still going to go through for the next 4 years! I thought Next Level was meant to achieve something tangible. You wasted the last 4 years blaming. How can you continue down this same path and expect a different result?”

He also took a swipe at the presidential spokesperson, Garba Shehu, who said the federal government is on top of the security challenges it is facing, urging the president to release leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, Ibrahim El-Zarzaky.

Recall that Shehu had during a programme on Channels TV said that the security situation is not as portrayed by some section of people especially the opposition.

“Bandits killed multiple people in Zamfara. Police killed multiple Shiites. 3 days ago Boko Haram killed multiple soldiers including a colonel and captain. And told Channels TV”the Government is on top of security”. I don’t even know what to say! I strongly urge General Muhammadu Buhari to release el Zakzaky. The more he holds him, the more Shiites will confront Buhari. Killing them only motivates them. They are not afraid of death. Boko Haram will be child’s play compared to what Shiites can become.”

“Boko Haram are either illiterates or semiliterate in Western education, and Nigeria has not defeated them. How then can we defeat Shiites who are highly educated in Western, Eastern and Arabic education? Discretion is the better part of valour.”
