Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle Delivers Baby Boy

Former Hollywood star and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle has given birth to a bouncing baby boy.

Idonsabi earlier reported that Meghan had entered into labour, accompanied by husband, Prince Harry, in the early hours of Monday.

According to reports, the baby boy is the 8th great-grandchild of the Queen and 7th in line to the throne behind behind the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge and his children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – and Prince Harry.

According to the statement released by the Buckingham Palace:

“We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th, 2019. Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs. 3oz.

The Duchess and baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives.

Buckingham Palace also informed the public that:

“The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Lady Jane Fellowes, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Earl Spencer have been informed and are delighted with the news.”
