Nollywood actress and brain behind Netflix’s original – Lion Heart – Genevieve Nnaji doesn’t show any signs of slowing down as a picture she shared with legendary Hollywood actor, Danny Glover suggest that she might be cooking something for the big screens anytime soon.
Genevieve Nnaji who had recently sold worldwide rights – including sales, distribution and marketing rights – to Netflix for a sum of 3.8 million dollars which has consequently placed her in the top half if not the very top of an echelon of Nollywood A-list celebrities.
Netflix had acquired the rights to the movie a day before its official release at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival making the movie a Netflix Original and the first of its kind from Nigeria.
The actress is currently in Venice California where she took the picture with the captions:

The Bail Project is part of an organization with the primary goal of setting captives free.
It is a movement in the US to fight against the criminal justice system designed to enslave impoverished people who can’t afford a cash bail pre-trial.
Such people who are usually disadvantaged persons by reason of social and financial status can’t pay the bail sum and are, hence locked behind bars till they face trial regardless of when their hearing begins.
It still remains unclear what the actress’ role in the project exactly is but Danny Glover’s frequent tweets about the project suggest that the actress inputs might be in form of humanitarian or charity activities. But we never can tell as it might as well be a movie focused on blacks who have been incarcerated by the unjust system.
Danny Glover himself serves as UNICEF Ambassador and Ambassador for the United Nations International Decade for People of African Descent.
