Judgments Reviews: Supreme Court Has Lost Confidence of APC And PDP – Saraki’s Aide
Bamikole Omisore, the aide of the immediate past Senate President, Bukola Saraki has said that the calls for review of Imo and Bayelsa state elections judgment show that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are agreeing on something.
He added that the moves showed that both parties have lost confidence in the apex court, while asking if a review on Osun governorship poll is not late.

“With the calls for review of Supreme Court judgments on Imo and Bayelsa, safe to say @OfficialPDPNig and @OfficialAPCNg now finally agree on something. The Supreme Court has lost the confidence of both major parties. Is it too late to call for the review of Osun state election?,” he tweeted.

The PDP had lost Imo state to Governor Hope Uzodinma. He was declared duly elected governor after his canceled votes from 388 polling units were added to his total.

The apex court also nullified the election of David Lyon over his deputy’s certificate forgery.
