Popular American media personality, Kim Kardashian has been sued by the developer of her kimoji app for $100m (N36bn).
David Liebensohn, who helped Kim build her Kimoji app claims he had an understanding with Kim to get 60% of Kimoji’s returns only for him to be cut out of the profits.
He’s now suing the reality t.v star for $100 million (₦36,150,000,000), citing breach of contract and fraud.
Kimoji app was downloaded 9,000 times a second on the day it was released and made up to a million dollars a minute.
Liebensohn said Kim backed out of their deal in August 2014, saying that one of Liebensohn’s partners shared her personal information.
