Kizz Daniel Takes Legal Action Against Vanguard Newspaper, Demands N100 million in Damages

Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel has taken legal actions against Vanguard Newspaper after writing a news that is untrue about him.

The singer is suing for defamation after the Newspaper wrote that Kizz Daniel said ‘celebrities have no right to judge Pastor Fatoyinbo.”

This happened when Busola Dakolo came out to speak about how she was allegedly raped by COZA pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo.

Meanwhile, Kizz Daniel immediately spoke up that he said no such thing and has now taken legal actions.

The singer demands a public apology from the Newspaper, an undertaking not to publish any similar statement about him without confirmation and a sum of 100 million naira to cover for reputation damages.

They were also advised to meet the demands within 3 days after the letter was issued.
