Kogi Poll: Wada to Appeal Election Result at Tribunal
- Wada ready to pursue the case to a logical conclusion.
The governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi State, Musa Wada has rejected the election results being announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Wadda in a video tweeted online said he would go to the tribunal to appeal the election result he claimed to have won and urged his supporters not to despair.
“We shall pursue this to a logical conclusion with the coffers of the law in this country.”

Wada who alleged that the announced results were fabricated hopes that the judiciary will get justice not just for him but for the common man that voted for him.
While also denying reports that he had conceded defeat to the APC and its candidate Yahaya Bello, the PDP candidate said it was unfortunate that the hopes of the people were dashed by the conduct of the election.
