Lukaku Hits Out At Man United Fans For Always Blaming Him

Romelu Lukaku has accused Manchester United and its fans of not doing enough to make him feel loved or wanted at the club.

Big Rom who secured a move to Inter Milan this summer has hit out at his former club for not protecting him from the media and its back lashes. He claimed that he, Alexis Sanchez and Pogba always received the stick anytime the club put up a bad performance.

Lukaku pitched his tent with Antonio Conte side before the close of the Premier League transfer window for £74 million, just two years on from his move to Manchester United from Everton.

The 26 year old Belgian was for the most parts of his time under former United manager, Jose Mourinho criticised for his all-round play and first touches before being substituted by 21 year old, Marcus Rashford as top striker under the charge of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Lukaku suggests that there was an unfair and unjust focus on his performances and that of Pogba and Sanchez, the latest of who is rumoured to be joining him soon at Inter.

“They have to find somebody,” Big Rom told the LightHarted Podcast, apparently recorded prior to his Inter move.

“It is Pogba, it is me or it is Alexis. It’s the three of us all the time.

“They have got to find somebody to blame. I put my hand up, like, this year I don’t think I was the only one playing bad. A lot of people were playing bad but they had to find the culprit.

“If they want to put the blame on me, you know what, f*** it, do what you gotta do.

“I think the team has so much potential to do some great stuff. There is a lot of talent. But it is not only talent; you really have to build a team.”
