Man caught an INEC offical and a white man altering election results in Rivers State [VIDEO]

This is a video showing the moment a Nigerian man caught an INEC official and a white man altering election results in Rivers State.

The white man who was caught is said to be one of the election observers.

In the video, the angry man confronted the INEC official. He asked him what role the white election observer has in the original election results which both of them were seen with.

However, the INEC official kept mute and could not offer any explanation.
