Man Fights PHCN Official With A Machete In Lagos Over Issue Of Light Disconnection
An official staff member of the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) was assaulted and fought with a machete while trying his duty to disconnect the light of a defaulting customer area in Lagos state.
In a video which has gone viral on Facebook and other social media handles, the man and the IKEDC official can be seen engaging in a serious fight before the resident rushed to his house to get a machete in order to fight and scare the IKEDC staff away.
iDONSABi gathers that the residents of the area begged the man to stop the fight, he, however, did not listen and went as far as going toe to toe with the IKEDC official with a machete.
Meanwhile, this latest assault on a PHCN official is coming after some family members were filmed fighting IKEDC officials over disconnection of their light at Ikeja, Lagos state, last month.
