Man Shares Outrageous Bride Price List Given To His Relative By The Bride’s Family in Mbaise, Imo State
A Nigerian man identified as Sam Hart on Twitter shares pictures of the bride price list his relative received from his bride’s family in Mbaise, Imo State.
According to the man, after calculations, the groom needs N1m to return the list.
He wrote;
“A relative is planning his traditional marriage this Christmas. He went to get the ‘list’ today. We’ve done the maths.
He needs N1M to return this list.

Some items on the list include, tubers of yam, clothing items for the father in law, main dowry, 12 cartons of Star and Gulder beer, goat, several accessories for the bride, jars of palm wine and many more.
