Manchester United Vs Chelsea EPL 28 April Preview

Manchester United lock horns with Chelsea in what is expected by all and sundry to be a fierce encounter between two sides gunning for a top four finish and Champions league qualification.

Going into the fixture, it is Chelsea who sit in a healthier position, four points better off than their counterparts and occupying the last qualifying spot.

Manchester United

Manchester United have been pegged back and it seems like their honeymoon under Norwegian gaffer, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has come to an end.

They have picked up only six points from the last 18 on offer and their quick start under the manager which saw them claim 10 wins and 1 draw in 11 matches now seem like a long time ago.

Their match-up against Chelsea is definitely a must win for the Red devils if they still have any hopes of making it to the UCL come next season.

After this encounter, they have very winnable games against Huddersfield and Cardiff and might still look in the right frame of things for a top-four finish.

Chelsea

A win for the Blues against Burnley could have taken them four points clear off their closest challengers for fourth place, Arsenal, but a 2-2 draw as seen them still remain in an interesting battle for top-four finish.

There is no gainsaying that Chelsea have lost their last six Premier League games on the road against the ‘Big Six’ and they have to do better in this game to avoid a repeat of history.

Infact, they have lost these games by a mammoth aggregate of 13-1 with their heaviest defeat being a 6-0 mauling by defending champions, Manchester City.

The top four picture could be looking very different at the end of Sunday and Sarri will be looking to ensure that their destiny remains in their hands.
