Mum Arrested By Vigilante Group For Tying Up Her Daughter Because She Refused to Sweep
A mother has been arrested by a vigilante group in her area in Awka, Anambra after subjecting her daughter to domestic violence by tying her hands and legs backwards.
A Facebook user identified as Somto Okafor revealed that he was passing through the area when he heard the cries of the poor child. On getting there, he saw her tied up.
When questioned, she responded that her mother tied her up because she refused to sweep.
Later on, some vigilante group came to investigate the incident and it was discovered that the mother also allegedly slashed her daughter’s legs with a knife.
Meanwhile, the woman according to Somto on Facebook, has been arrested by the Vigilante group.
