Nigerian Immigration Service reiterates that payment for it services can be done online

– The Nigerian Immigration Service NIS has reiterated that payment for it services can be done online

– It also disclosed that the Ikoyi Passport Office will also be opened today for passport collection

A new statement from the Nigerian Immigration Service NIS has given Nigerians assurance that they can make payment for it services online.

The NIS in it statement stressed that payment for it services including passport can be done online.

According to the statement released by the body, it also disclosed what the members of the public must do after making their online payment.

It said the service takers are expected to visit any office of the NIS with their payment confirmation slip and other necessary document.

The NIS added that the latest move is to ensure deeper transparency in it operations.

It also urged the members of the public to comply with the new approach and also report complaints of any unprofessional conducts from any of the NIS Personnel.

We wish to reiterate our position that payments for all our services including Passports are done online via (link: http://immigration.gov.ng) immigration.gov.ng.
2.Service takers are expected to approach our Offices with their payment confirmation slips&the required documents as stated on the website
3. It is part of efforts to deepen transparency in our operations. We enjoin the public to kindly comply. We’re open to receive complaints of any unprofessional conducts from any of our Personnel in this respect.

The Nigerian Immigration Service NIS in another statement made it known that the Ikoyi Passport Office will be opened Today 11th of May to attend to cases of passport collection.
It hinted that applicants who enrolled between February to April and are yet to collect their passports are advised to come for it.
