‘No One Celebrated My Life When I Survived A Terrible Accident’ – Yul Edochie
In July 2019, Nigerian actor cum politician, Yul Edochie survived a terrible motor accident on his way to Lagos from Ondo State.

In his new post, the actor who once spoke against spending so much on burial tweeted that no one came to celebrate him when he survived that accident. However, if he had died, people would have turned up to celebrate his life. He concluded that people must change the way they reason.
He wrote;
“I survived a terrible accident & nobody came to celebrate my life.
“If I had died many asoebi groups would turn up to celebrate my life, fake love everywhere, someone will even choose to buy a 10million naira casket to bury me.
“We must change the way we reason as a people.”
