– Femi Fani-Kayode admits that northerners will continue to dominate the presidency.
– He slammed Tinubu, Amaechi, ASkpabio and other southern leaders for lack of courage.
Femi Fani-Kayode, former aviation has told the people from the south not to complain of the dominance of people from the northern part of the country in the Presidency.
This is a reaction to a statement made by former Secretary t the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir Lawal.
Lawal had told Vice President Yemi Osinbajo not to expect preferential treatment from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as it did not promise him its presidential ticket in 2023, and that no law demands the APC to do so.
“It is not in APC constitution, it is not in the national constitution, it is not in the Bible, I don’t know whether it is in the Koran; I don’t know. So, I don’t see how it became a principle,” Lawal is quoted in his statement.
Reacting to the statement in a series of tweets, Fani-Kayode, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) said Lawal’s statement appears to be the reality, criticising the National Leader of the APC, Bola Tinubu and some APC chieftains for lacking dignity.
“It is not compulsory for the north to concede the Presidency to the south in 2023”-Babachir Lawal Tinubu, Amaechi, Okorocha, Osinbajo, Oshiomole, Akpabio and all other southerners that have no shame, dignity and honor and that are slaves to the north take note. We warned you!
“The assertion that the north will retain the Presidency in 2023 is sadly an accurate one. That was the plan all along and be rest assured that that is what is going to happen. Worse still it is quite possible that the south may not get the Presidency for the next 20 years.”

He also noted that the present political situation is where the south has put itself.
“Sadly that is the level of damage the south has done to itself by consistently producing leaders that are cowardly and feeble and that are always ready to play second fiddle to the north. No-one should complain about northern domination again because it is here to stay,” he added.
