Police Officer who killed Kolade Johnson to Appear Again in Court on June 10

 

A dismissed Nigerian Police officer, Olalekan Ogunyemi who pulled the trigger that killed one Mr Kolade Johnson will appear again in court on the 10 of June.

It was a gory sight to behold as Kolade Johnson lifeless body was seen in a pull of his own blood after being hit by a stray bullet. On 31st of March will never erase from the mind of Kolade Johnson’s family after his unfortunate death during the unlawful raid of men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad Unit (SARS).

The suspect, (Olalekan Ogunyemi) was arraigned before a Magistrate court on the 6 of May 2019, the Justice ordered that the suspect to be remanded in custody of prison until after 30 days.

In a recent tweet which is currently causing a strong wave on Twitter, Nigerians are clamoring that the case should not be swept under the rug, the best thing the government could do is to get justice done appropriately. Thousands of Nigerians have joined the movement that justice must be done to the suspect, Olalekan Ogunyemi.

It is quite amazing how many Nigerians still kept to the mandate that the offender mustn’t go unpunished, because it is a common thing among Nigerians to forget about people so fast.
