Senegal Chief Urges Mane To Make Madrid Move

Senegal Chief – FA Boss – Saee Seck says last season’s EPL Golden boot winner, Sadio Mane has fulfilled his potential at Liverpool and wants him to make a move to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.

The Senegalese won the Premier League Golden boot last term alongside Liverpool teammate, Salah and Arsenal’s Aubameyang and there has been a barrage of reports from the Spanish media that Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane sees him as the final piece from his Madrid jigsaw.

Real Madrid who finished third place on the LaLiga standings last term are looking to challenge for the Liga title next campaign having secured the services of Hazard and Jovic and are reportedly looking to add Mane to the list of incoming transfers.

27 year old Mane only recently inked a long term deal with the Reds, distancing himself from reports of a move to Madrid but Senegal’s FA Boss is adamant and thinks now is the time for a big move for Mane.

“Everybody in the world knows that Mane is in the top ten best footballers in the world and he has achieved significant success at Liverpool in the past season,” the FA Boss told the Mirror Sports in Cairo, Egypt.

He admitted to Real Madrid being the best team in the world regardless of being a Barcelona fan and reiterated that having won the Champions league last campaign, it was time for Mane to seriously consider a move.

Seck added:

“The career of a footballer is very short and sometimes you don’t get the chance a lot so if it’s there, and I think Zidane likes him, why not?

“He played in Southampton and when the chance came he took it and went to Liverpool and he has held the challenge well in England. I think he will do well with another challenge in another country.”
