It has been a common occurrence among the Police to stop people on the road, ordering them to open their phones and search for vital information that is expected to be a private issue.
The VIO has now joined the trend accosting private car owners after the recent Okada ban, telling then to open their phones as well.
“Heaven helps the VIO or Police that will stop my car and demand for my phone. Revolution will start that day instantly,” he tweeted.

Be kind enough to let the rogue officers know that it is your responsibility to record illegal encounters with rogue units the moment your phone is demanded. Let them know your resolve to testify against them no matter how much they choose to intimidate you. #EndImpunity ⛱
