– She says the country is now approaching where alleged treasury looters like Dokpesi have no honour.
Lauretta Ononchie, a media aide to President Muhammadu Buhari on social media, has replied owner of Daar Communication, Raymond Dokpesi, for describing her boss as ‘a parasite’.
Dokpesi has in an interview with journalists in Abuja after being released by the Nigeria Immigration Service after some questioning, Dokpesi, labelled the president ‘a parasite’ that has never created any employment opportunities.
Dokpesi, whose international passport had been seized by the court over an allegation of receiving N2.1bn from former National Security Adviser Sambo Dasuki. The money he said was used for broadcasting expenses.
Speaking on his arrest at the Airport on his from medical treatment abroad, he said he returned his passport to the Federal High Court, Abuja, which released it and authorised the foreign trip before he was arrested for almost an hour at the airport.
During the interview categorically stated that his arrest was the handiwork of the Buhari-led Federal Government.
He, however, said he remains undaunted, adding that the more they (Federal Government) do this, the more he is defiant and the more resolute to stand for the good of the ordinary people of Nigeria.
Reacting to Dokpesi’s comment, Onochie said the country is now approaching the point where alleged Treasury looters like Chie have no honour.
She took to her Twitter page and wrote: “Dokpesi accuses Buhari of being a parasite. How?
“Me: “There’s no honour among thieves”, is a popular saying among honorable people of the world.
“Nigeria too, is approaching the point where alleged Treasury looters like Chief Dokpesi, have no honour and so, should not be heard.”
