Again EFCC Loses Fraud Case in Lagos

CCT Trial- I’ll Win at Appeal Court- Saraki
The Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki has stated that he remains unperturbed by the decision of the FG to appeal his acquittal by the CCT. FG Appeals Saraki’s Acquittal, Says Unreasonable
The Federal Government on Tuesday file an 11 ground notice of appeal against the June 14 acquittal of the senate president, Bukola Saraki by the Code of Conduct Tribunal. The notice of appeal was signed by the lead prosecuting counsel Mr Rotimi Jacobs, SAN and an assistant chief state counsel.
