President Muhammadu Buhari is optimistic of an economically viable Nigerian in the next four years.

Buhari stated this in an interview with the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) in Saudi Arabia where he is for lesser Hajj on the invitation of King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, the ruler of Saudi Arabia and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to perform the Umrah (lesser pilgrimage) in the Kingdom.

“We hope that the next four years will be stable., we will be economically viable, and we hope Nigerians will understand and believe us,’ he said.

Meanwhile, some videos which have gone viral showed President Buhari attending Juma’at prayer at the Masjid Al-Nabawi (The Prophet’s (SAW) Mosque), in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The president was barricaded by security operatives in the video as some people were heard shouting ‘Sai Baba’.

In the video, the president later jogged to the Mosque despite being 75 to show his energy.

President Buhari and wife, Aisha had earlier performed Umrah (lesser Hajj) at the Masjid Haram (the Grand Mosque) in Makkah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Saturday.

“He trekked the long distance. He ran the long distance. He exhibited his fitness at 75years!! He offered prayers for self and country. May the Almighty Allah receive and accept his prayers to pilot the affairs of the country in the right direction. AMEEN,” a post on a social media of a certain Buhari Sallahu reads.
