We want our daddy, Prophet Bushiri supporters march for his release
Hundreds of church members and supporters of South African Prophet, Shepherd Bushiri took to the streets of Pretoria yesterday (February 4 2019) to protest and demand for the release of their prophet from custody.
Prophet Shepherd Bushiri is the founder and leader of the Enlightened Christian Gathering, ECG church with location in South Africa.
Recall that iDonsabi reported that Malawian Bushiri who has his mega ministry of hundreds of thousands membership in South Africa and his wife, Mary were arrested on Friday (February 2 2019) on money laundering and fraud related charges.
iDonsabi was made to understand that on the Monday (February 4 2019) they were scheduled to appear before the Pretoria Commercial Crimes Court, they were remanded in custody and their trial postponed to Wednesday (February 6 2019).
When news broke of the hearing being postponed, the crowd began marching through the streets near the court, demanding for Bushiri’s release.
The court date was postponed to Wednesday (February 6 3019) before which they will remain in custody.
