West Ham Vs Fulham EPL 22 February Preview

West Ham will host Claudio Ranieri’s Fulham at the Betway Stadium in a tale of two teams who feel they should be doing better with the swarm of players they have brought on board.

Both teams have played below expectations and they would be hoping that this match gives them the spark that they need.

West Ham

The Hammers will be looking to establish a place in the top 10 after suffering series of ups and downs in their play, one would be able to place their successes and failures this term side by side.

West Ham have been so poor of late that their successes at some point in the season is beginning to sound like a fairytale. Indeed, they have garnered no more than two points in their last four league matches, a poor run of form that has seen them only nine points off the last three.

They will be granted a fighting chance to redeem themselves against a lowly Fulham and they will be looking to take the game by the scruff of its neck.

Fulham

Fulham are increasingly worried with their form and the bringing on of Claudio Ranieri hasn’t helped the sinking boat very much.

As it stands, the Cottagers are only eight points from safety and are in desperate need for a victory. The fact that Manuel Lazini who had previously been ruled out of the season is back in contention for the game is a boost to the morale of the team but whether that would be enough against West Ham is what remains unknown.

More worringly for Fulham is that they remain the only Premier League side without an away win this season.
