Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has lambasted former South African president over the recent comment he made on the attacks on Nigerians and other African immigrants in his country.
“There is no South African that goes around chasing Nigerians because they are Nigerians….It is incorrect to read that there’s been an offensive against Nigerians in South Africa, that is not true. So, I am saying when you talk about xenophobia and Afrophobia we need to be very careful about it,” he stated.
Reacting via his Twitter handle, enraged Fani-Kayode further stated that the lasting solution is a recall and relocation of all Nigerian citizens that live in South Africa back home to Nigeria.
“Attacks in South Africa are not targetted at legitimate Nigerians but against Nigerian criminals”- Thabo Mbeki. You are nothing but filth. Foul and vile in all your ways. My old friend Oppenheimer, a white South African, was right when he said we would regret liberating you!” he wrote.
This is happening right now in Johannesburg, South Africa. Well organised and well-armed South African mobs and killer squads are marching in the streets calling for ALL foreigners to leave and looking for Nigerians to kill.
How long do we have to put up with this state-sponsored violence and extreme provocation? Will we turn the other cheek forever? Who will defend mother Nigeria, and who will fight for us? Is our blood so easy to spill and are our lives so cheap?
What is our Government doing? What are our Armed Forces there for if not to protect our lives and defend our honour and people?
The South African Government has openly ENCOURAGED and openly SUPPORTED this great evil and the mass murder of our compatriots! Enough is enough!
We cannot be expected not to retaliate in the streets of Nigeria! You cannot kill our people and expect yours to go free in our shores or for your corporations to have peace and security in our nation.
For every action there is a reaction. That is the law of nature and the world. If you shed innocent blood it will come back to you!
I call for the expulsion of ALL South African citizens from Nigeria, the nationalisation of ALL South African companies and corporations that are operating in Nigeria, the breaking of diplomatic ties with South Africa and the recall and relocation of ALL Nigerian citizens that live and reside in South Africa back home to Nigeria!
Finally if the insidious targetting and cold-blooded slaughter of our people does not stop, if an apology is not tendered by the South African Government and if FULL compensation to the families of the victims is not paid, I call for a declaration of WAR with the Republic of South Africa.
